I check in at midnight after long day of travel and check out was at noon. Upon my arrival I request 1h more on my check out.. they say was ok. Then at my check out they want $ fee of another stay for 1h late checkout. Also, the room has 1 very small towel and a terrible mattress.

Sem serviço de quarto o quarto fico sem limpeza e sem toalhas limpas e um pouco causo do atendimento quando foi relatado q o quarto não tinha sido limpo. Agua do chuveiro não estava esquentando o suficiente. Uma pena pois todos os outtos hoteis da rede Andrade q eu ja tinha utilizado fui uma experiência boa. Desta vez a equipe q estava a frente dos trabalhos deixou a desejar.

O fato do quarto das crianças ser separado do quarto do casal, foi ótimo. Café da manhã bem movimentado, mas organizado. Só a janela do banheiro que não fechava direito e entrava um frio, mas no dia que fui não estava muito frio, então não foi um problema.

As fotos que vimos pelo anúncio não condizerem com as do local. Acredito que possa existir os quartos dessas fotos. Mas o quarto que foi disponibilizado não foi condizente com o que foi escolhido. Moveis antigos Travesseiros velhos demais Cama com buraco no meio

Viagem a Curitiba

Fiquei la duas diárias e gostei do conforto, do atendimento, do café da manhã, da localização do Hotel. Único defeito que vi é a estrutura, que ao meu ver é antigo, e móveis antigos, as fotos dos quartos não estavam correpondendo com a realidade. Com isso os quartos precisam de uma reforma.

Quarto terrível!

As fotos que estavam no hoteis.com certamente não era do mesmo quarto que nos deram, por o nosso estava em situação precária como mostra nas fotos.

Reformem esse hotel urgentemente!!!

Apto horrível, velho, móveis quebrados, piso completamente quebrado, porta quebrada.... horrível!!!! Ar condicionado não é feita limpeza do filtro a 20 anos.....não condiz com as fotos do site......parece um hotel de beira de estrada da pior qualidade......detalhe: o estacionamento não é no hotel, mas a 100 metros dele o que torna horrível em dias de chuva.....outro detalhe, a diária é 40 reais e não 30 reais como eles colocam no site.

Hotel caindo aos pedaços.

A nota é dois devido ao atendimento da recepção e ao café da manhã, pois o hotel está acabado: O chão do nosso quarto tinha buracos, encontramos insetos saindo da madeira, a janela do quarto e banheiro completamente enferrujadas (detalhe para o buraco na janela do banheiro, dava para ouvir o vizinho tomando banho), a cortina do quarto suja, parede com marcas de mão, interfone quebrado entre outros detalhes... Pelo preço não esperava uma experiencia assim, na mesma rua tem o hotel Grand Mercure que por R$150,00 a mais te da uma experiencia completamente diferente. Frustrante.

Quarto amplo, café da manhã satisfatório, achei que pecou em não ter um bebedouro ou água disponível para os hospedes. Limpeza também ao faze chek-in no quarto não tinha toalhas de banho e tapete, o quarto apareceu duas baratas foi realizada a limpeza do quarto e por dois dias se não fosse eu mesma tirar elas permaneceriam lá. Os atendentes e meninas da cozinha são muito solicitas.
