Razoável para Bom

Achei razoável o quarto. Atendimento é excelente de todos os que conversei! Mas o colchão achei muito mole, velho, o lençol curto para o colchão, os canais de tv bem limitados e qualidade de imagem péssima. O café da manhã foi excelente! Enfim o colchão foi o pior mesmo, e considerando que é o que mais usamos em um hotel, acho viável investirem nisso o quanto antes. Banheiro tudo excelente. Isolamento das janelas tbm não são bons, visto que é uma avenida bem movimentada. Mas para uma noite só, até que vale o custo benefício, pela localização e estacionamento!

Simples

Hotel muito simples. Os lençóis são antigos e curtos, não é possível prendê-los embaixo do colchão, então durante a madrugada você acaba acordando deitada diretamente no colchão puro. O chuveiro é elétrico, o que faz com que a água não esquente tanto em dias mais frios. Banheiro tem um cheiro muito forte e ruim. O ar-condicionado é barulhento. Ponto positivo: o café da manhã, apesar de simples, oferece variedade. A localização também é muito boa. Voltaria? Não

O hotel não possui tapete no banheiro, o que deixava ele molhado, o ar condicionado molhava o quarto, o serviço de quarto não enxugava a água do ar condicionado e nem passava uma vassoura.

Eficiente e eficaz

Localização incrivelmente perto de tudo. Perto do comércio, perto do calçadão da quinze, perto do teatro guaira, perto de supermercado e perto de todos os pontos de ônibus. O ônibus turístico passa pertinho.

Razoável...não tinha o microondas...tive q solicitar, Tv não funcionava, ar condicionado não funcionava ( tive que chamar o atendente, para solucionar os problemas...após...foram solucionados), secador de cabelo não tinha no quarto, somente um único aparelho para atender todos os clientes e tinha q buscá-lo na recepção e devolvê-lo na recepção, após o uso. Localização é boa e o café da manhã tb. Atendentes prestativos. Retornaria para este hotel: Não.

Duas camas de solteiro ao invés de uma de casal.

O hotel é bom, mas eu tenho uma reclamação. Eu pedi uma cama de casal e a cama que nos deram eram duas camas de solteiro uma parafusada na outra. Pense em uma cama horrorosa de dormir. Isso que eu mandei mensagem antes perguntando se seria cama de casal mesmo. Chegamos de madrugada e só percebemos o erro (do hotel) quando deitamos, estávamos cansados e por isso eu não pedi pra mudar de quarto.

preço desproporcional pelo que oferecem, não vale R$ 395,00 por diária, totalmente absurdo. banheiro muito mal conservado tanto os materiais como limpeza, os lençóis eram pequenos para as camas, não tinha telefone no quarto impossibilitando contato com a recepção do hotel, não tinha que carregasse as malas, café da manhã tinha que solicitar reposição

Das Personal war freundlich, sinnliche italienisch inspirierte Bilder an den Wänden. Die Heizung funktioniert nicht, keine Duvets, viel Schimmel, keine Wartung, alte harte fleckige Matratze, chaotische Frühstück organisation.

Gostei bastante deste hotel. Ótimo custo benefício. Quarto confortável, bom atendimento, bom café da manhã e bem localizado. Não tive do que reclamar, é simples mas é bom e barato. Também achei bem localizado, fica próximo de muitas lanchonetes, shopping, mercado e do centro.

Péssimo!

O quarto cheirava a mofo e não havia ventilação. O acesso a ele era por uma escada minúscula com nenhuma saída de emergência caso necessário. O estacionamento fica do outro lado da rua cujo lugar é escuro. Quanto ao café, não sei dizer visto que nem me dei ao trabalho de ficar para provar. Ao chegar no hotel e me deparar com a situação do quarto, abandonei a estadia e procurei um habitável. Acabei perdendo o dinheiro, mas ainda assim foi melhor do que passar a noite lá. Não recomendaria jamais!
