7/10 Good! (23 reviews)
lock on room doors break easily, no information of check in and check out when booking until after it’s paid. staff was helpful when called and were able to change check in time. they were also very good with answering the phone and helping with issues. bathroom was mildly dirty, same with room. mini fridge had a weird bad smell when opened. an okay cheap option overall

8.8/10 Excellent! (659 reviews)
Excellent experience from start to finish. We were on a short trip to go to Wembley. The hotel is conveniently positioned and has a small carpark on site. The staff were brilliant, helpful and cheerful. The room was a good size, clean and really comfortable beds. Perfect location for Wembley. 45 minute walk along canal mainly, bus direct in just 20 minutes. A good cafe on site rounds off the experience with a good range of options for breakfast and lunches.

We arrived early, to drop our bags off at the hotel before exploring the area. The reception staff were excellent, our room was ready so we were able to store our bags in the room.
The hotel was super close to the venue we were attending that night, and within walking distance of sheapeards bush and it shops. The room was spacious and beds were super comfy. Breakfast and checkout was also very good. All in all I would definitely stay here again .

"We loved the lake view and the convenient location, with lovely restaurants and cafés nearby, but unfortunately, the service was frustrating. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel’s system needs improvement. Nobody ever answered the room telephone when we called housekeeping ..."

"It was great, had everything we needed, super clean and the people at the desk were super nice. 30 min walk to oxford or you can take the bus for 5 pounds for a day paas or 2.80 single ride. You catch the bus right outside the hotel."
