"We had a mixed stay at this hotel. On the positive side, the staff members were exceptionally nice, warm, and friendly throughout our visit. The pool area is very nice, though it is worth noting that the water gets quite cold after 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, several room and amenity issues impacted our overall comfort: The jacuzzi had no hot water, making it unusable during our stay. "La atencion es excelente, el desayuno y las instalaciones maravillosas, sin embargo el valor que se presenta en la plataforma y la que se termina cobrando en el hospedaje no concuerdan, frente al siguiente hecho; realice mi reserva desde booking para 2 adultos y 2 niños por 2 noches, y el valor final estaba por 347.000, sin embargo al llegar al hospedaje tarde de la noche, me dicen que son 567.000 por temas de impuestos y adicionales que no comprendimos, mostrandoles que en la pagina nos decia...
