「We had a decent stay but the hotel manager charged me for a pre-paid room and then was unable or unwilling to give me a refund. I gave the staff a generous tip when I checked out and still received poor service. I waited three business days to get a response and reimbursement and still haven’t. They didn’t even send me a receipt of what they charged me when I checked out. 」

「The hotel is quite new and the staff is very helpful. The standard room is not very spacious but u won't be in the room for the most of the time anyway. The location is fine. Not so far from the commercial area (99-100 st.) but during rush hours, it'll take almost 1 hr to get there. So u can imagine the traffic in Bogota... The only thing i'd like to remind here is if u book the pick-up service to the airport, make sure the car will be on time no matter how bad the weather is. Or you can book...
