「When we checked in we were originally sent to a room that wasnt cleaned yet. Sheets removed, pillows on the floor etc. Staff was friendly and moved us without question. Second room was set up but overall not super clean. The room we were given had a strong smell of marijuana which I didnt appreciate, especially with kids. We were in a time crunch so we had to leave the window cracked and head out. Smell was gone when we got back. Beds are suppsed to be queen beds but were smaller than a standard...

「The room was clean enough, but far from pristine. They do offer breakfast, but guests are NOT permitted to take food to rooms! Exhaust fan did not work and we also reserved a king size bed and were switched to two double beds upon arrival. The location and price was great because of the event that we were attending, but unfortunately that is the ONLY good thing about this hotel.」

「The experience was terrible. The toiletries were of very poor quality, and the water was cut off before we checked out without prior notice, leaving us and our child without water to wash our faces and brush our teeth.」
