「Location was great, walking distances to 2 train stations, supermarkets, coffee shops and some restaurants. Just 10min or so train ride to central Sydney. Environment was quiet and nice. Room was clean, staffs reachable via emails and chats. Water pressure of the shower was good too. Miele washing machine and kitchen very useful. Overall it was a very good stay, highly recommended. Improvements: Shower space was half open so we had to wipe the bathroom floor every time we showered. Dining...

「Whilst the location is good the property itself isn’t great. The plantation shutters in both rooms were broken which not only looked shabby but also meant light from outside streamed through, especially annoying when the sensor light triggered and lit up the bedroom. Dodgy hot water, couldn’t guarantee you’d have a hot shower. Okay for a short stay but overall disappointing」

「We were able to check in early, which was great as we landed at 5am after 30 hours of travelling and that was greatly appreciated. The apartment was well fitted with all the appliances you could need like toaster, kettle, hob and fridge/freezer. The shared living room had a oven and coffee machine and places to sit which was nice. However, it was not what the pictures described. It was not as clean and new, it had stains on the curtains and grime in the bathroom. Our bathroom door didn’t shut...

「The apartment was nice a clean. We were close to buses, trains and the ferry. We were close enough to walk to downtown Sydney across the bridge. We felt safe in the city even during the night. It was nice having a kitchen and laundry facilities on site. Communication with the management was quick and they addressed issues promptly. The only issue we had was the wifi signal was a bit weak in the smaller bedroom and the knob to the dryer was broken and we had to hang our clothes to dry. 」
