「Very disgusting experience, they let their Friday night party last until 1am. Understand it’s a pet friendly hotel but someone took 4 barking dogs which was quite annoying. In summary it’s a hotel that can disturb your rest in day and night.」

「The hotel staff was absolutely amazing! They were so helpful and friendly, it felt like we were at home away from home. Mauricio at the front desk was incredible, and Jose in the lobby was a true superstar! Andrea at the restaurant was also fantastic. 「Breakfast and customer service were the best we have had in a while. We had a party of 25 and the hotel was very accommodating to our needs, always greeted us by name. The spa and the transportation were really good as well. The Unicentro mall is a street away and very convenient to walk to everyday. I highly recommend this hotel. 」
