Firstly, the hotel staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality, and throughout my stay, the staff were always available to assist with any requests or queries I had. The hotel facilities were great to a quick stay. My room was spacious, clean and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and I was able to get a good night's sleep each night. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal for my needs, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful during the night even with a main road across the street.

Modern hotel located in a safe neighbourhood in Usaquen. Modern hotel with comfortable bed, awesome shower, quality toiletries and eco friendly. Staff is polite and professional. Avoid getting a room facing the Main Street as windows aren’t so soundproof as it should be but still ok. Nice to have a Bluetooth speaker to ply music. Comfy bed and good cleaning. Has a lot of restaurants and cafes quite close to the hotel and there is a medium sized shopping Center too. Supermarket next door.

Very noisy at night. Asked to change the room and they did but gave me a hard time. Lady at reception area was rude and unhelpful. The two gentlemen at the reception were friendly and helpful. There were spiders in the bathroom.

My room did not have AC, and rooms were with windows open during the day, I guess to let the rooms get fresh air. Maybe the rooms only have a small air duct. At night the rooms were hot, and on top of that very noisy. No beverages in the room available to consume/purchase. Limited staff in the front area, sometimes none to guide new guests.
