「Returned to stay at the property and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Also parked at the Woods-Allies garage, which was cheaper and easier to get out of. One strange occurrence: I booked a room on the top floor and was given a different room on the first day of my stay without notice. Wasn’t a big deal, but thought it was odd.」

「The apartment we rented had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There were dirty linens, dirty handprints on doors and light switches, and when we stripped the bed linens prior to checkout there was a blood stain on the pillow. Yuck!」

「Stay away from it! They have specific rules of how and when you need to contact them in advance to get a link for checking in. I contacted them several times. They never responded. I talked with hotels.com customer service. They, too, chased them but didn't hear back. Customer service told me that if I can't check in upon arrival, they will relocate me. I was so looking forward to this trip, but this experience for sure overshadowed my anticipation. Hotels.com eventually relocated us at no extra...

「The apartment we stayed in was very nice for the price we paid. We did have minor issues when arriving to the house but the property managers were very quick to respond and solve them for us. The included parking and bus stop right in front of the house that takes you downtown was amazing. Overall a wonderful stay!」
