The pool was nice, but not the same in pictures. Does get very slippery when wearing sandals. The buffet was good, not a lot of variety, but liked how it had viet food, ask to order pho and some western food. The AC did turn off and is set on a timer to turn off which was a little annoying. But overall, great stay!

From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service and made us feel genuinely welcome. The accommodations were outstanding—clean, comfortable, and truly deserving of a 5-star rating. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore all that Saigon has to offer. The food was amazing, and the special discounts on dining, drinks, and the hotel's professional spa and massage services made our stay even more enjoyable. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and committed to ensuring we had a wonderful experience. We had a 3 night stay. Room and amenities were very good we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast has both western and local options, they have a rooftop bar and restaurant where you can sit in the background of Saigon river view. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Only one suggestion to property owners is that please inform guest about how to operate lightings in the room. We couldn’t find the switch to turn off light above the bed and finally we figured out it was in the remote control. Otherwise we had an excellent stay at Grand Saigon. Wifi also very good and fast.
