「Personalet til indcheckningen var ikke tilstede og det gjorde det besværligt at foretage betalingen for at få udleveret nøglen til værelset. Efter kommunikation via WhatsApp lykkedes det og betalingen blev foretaget senere ved personlig fremmøde. Jeg var ikke blevet orienteret om at der var selfcheckin. Og derved ville det være nemmere hvis betalingen var udført inden ankomst. Værelset var ok set i forhold til prisen. 」

「Triple room. 1Q+1Super Single. Big. Clean. Poorly designed toilet & bathroom. Bathroom and toilet are in separate areas. Toilet has no sink. Wash basin/sink is in bathroom. Need to go out to the bathroom to wash hands. Bidet in room #204 is leaking and causes ‘a pool’ in the toilet. The Double bed is good but the super single isn’t comfortable. The ends are sloping down. Pillows are aplenty but a little hard. Lobby, corridor and coffee house are good. Location is perfect. Minutes walk to Pasar...

「Place of the hotel is quite strategy, however, the facility provided name was impressive, but quite a disappointment when u check it out. Viewing deck wasnt that stunning after all. Sound proof was bad, when i am in the room, the sound along the hallway was loud and even can hear noises from room nearby. Breakfast was simple and not impressive. 」

「Very clean and comfortable room. I got a great sleep after 5 days fishing on Lake Kenyir. The staff were very friendly and spoke English well making communication easy. Very close to airport for that morning flight.」

「It was quite disappointed that the Hotel receptionist declined our request to call for a Grab with the reason that they don't have the driver list. Actually, they might use the appropriate apps because our phone could not download the Grab Apps due to technical problem. Moreover, hotel wifi sometimes was not connected.」
