「Great place」

「Room was clean, breakfast was good with a good variety.」

「They didn’t have a daily continental breakfast as Expedia said. They.dont start till Memorial Day. Disappointed that I was given the wrong information. I would have stayed somewhere else. Also the property is on a gravel road. Not a great place for a nice car」

「Everything was great but the snack bar closes at 7pm on a Friday」

「The hotel was clean. Was looking forward to relaxing and watching TV after a long trip. The TV was not working. I called a number for the hotel and got an AI response, I left a message detailing the problem with the TV, and left room number and my phone number. At no time did any one contact me or come to the room to remedy the problem. There was no one else at the Hotel that was working. I was not happy about that.」

「U only get 4 waterpark passes with the room, this is so frustrating, esp when the room sleeps 6!! I think paying adults should also get passes. I would have liked to sit in the hot tub and not have had to pay an extra $22 for a waterpark pass just to do so!! The bonus is u can use the pass the following day if u want. The waterpark and room were pretty clean. The breakfast is fine. Overall a good stay!!」

「No air conditioning, no ice maker, very loud location, horrible communication to try and call to verify booking. Checking in you need to go to another building to get your key. Dirty tub. Bed was ok, pillows horrible - bring your own. Don’t stay there with kids, they won’t sleep well.」

「Very nice property that is on the Main Street so it’s convenient to restaurants, bars and shopping. Only draw back was the road noise, but over all very nice」

「The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Rooms are very dated. The fireplace in the room didn’t work and the phone in the room didn’t work when I tried to call the desk for assistance. The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful. View of the lake was the best thing about the property. 」
