「Had real bad weather with tornado warnings, and sirens going off and there was no safety plan from staff. Was told we would go to staff laundry room but they did not unlock it and when asked about it we were told not to worry it only gets windy and there’s never a tornado since she lived there. Tv in lobby was on but went off and they never put back on for us to follow weather. Lack of emergency management training. Just so happens tornado hit Merrillville that night, too close for comfort. 「Everything was perfect. Kiana was so knowledgeable and great at checking in. Lori was a phenomenal breakfast attendant. The manager was on site checking everything out. It was the best.」

There was also a misunderstanding with my reservation as I had booked 3 rooms but staff could only find 1. The bedsheets were not clean and when I tried calling the lobby to complain no one was answering. 」

「This was the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures online are not this hotel. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was a gigantic wet spot on the couch in the lobby, as if someone just sat there and urinated. I should’ve just walked out. Our room clearly hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. There was possibly blood on the wall, a white substance on the comforter, fingernails on the floor, hair on the bathroom floor, beard clippings on the counter, dirty and stained...
