「This is a newer hotel so I feel that all staff and amenities are very pleasing. The stay was comfortable, everything was clean & the hotel staff is friendly. To my knowledge, there are only two chain hotels located directly in Crown Point. All other hotels are in Merrillville - the neighboring city. Towne Place is directly across from everything that seems to be of convenience; restaurants, gas, groceries, & U. Of Chicago extension hospital...」

「Suited our purposes for a short stay. Room was fine, though bathrooms are dated and there were some questionable hairs on the walls and ceiling. Wifi, ice machine, and air conditioning all worked well. Breakfast included was plentiful and had a good selection, and location was convenient with lots of restaurant and shopping options nearby.」

「It was clean, the staff was nice for the most part, my biggest complaint would be there isn’t a single posted sign anywhere saying there’s a deposit and when we got there already paying almost $400 for our room for a couple nights they charged us $100/night which brought our total way higher than we expected. We drove in from Michigan on a budget for a small honeymoon since we had just gotten married the previous Saturday and the extra money we had to pay on top of what we had already paid...
