"They tell me the airport shuttle would be there 20 minutes after I texted them and it took almost an hour for it to arrive. The gentleman at the front desk seemed more interested in getting back to his TV show then getting me checked in the room, I was in bad need of some renovating you could hear all the noise from the outside because there was a large gap under the door and the flooring had places where you walked that would sink down when you stepped on them. It was overall just pretty unpleasant."

"We three travel every spring together for a girls weekend. This definitely was not a hip trendy walkable location, but it was convenient to where we wanted to go, clean and new! Bonus was Free parking (as much as $40 per day in most areas of Charlotte!) and free breakfast. We did not use the indoor pool but the gym was very nicely appointed with everything I needed to get my morning workout done in comfort. I was honestly surprised and impressed with the equipment and cleanliness! Overall not fancy, but very comfortable for the 3 of us! No complaints at all!"

"Room was comfortable, good location to the airport, not so good on the staff. They only had one person doing maintenance, front desk and shuttle service. The shuttle van was just a white van with a paper sign taped to the window so you could barely see it when you’re at the airport looking for them. We called and they said they’d be there in 10-15 minutes. we had to call again and they admitted they forgot about us. Took about 30-40 minutes. This actually happened to us twice. And with having only one person at the front and also doing the shuttle, they put a sign up on their front desk says we’ll be back in 20 to 30 minutes to help you please be patient. Not good when you’re checking in and you’re tired and there’s nobody around to help you. Would not recommend! "
