"Close to the airport and all the creature comforts. Front desk staff can use a little assistance because they seemed overwhelmed."

"The Cardrona is a rustic gem, hidden behind the iconic front are a bar, restaurant, garden and multiple rooms. Our one "Roaring Meg" was made from what must have been two older very old rooms but done very well. Clean bathroom with good shower etc a bedroom with comfortable bed and a radiator that works! Temperature in late April was down to 1deg so the heating was needed. A well appointed bar with an open fire and then we had dinner. Menu was varied and had snacks to full mains. The soup of the day was tasty and was nearly the size of a swimming pool. Try the Lamb Rump - cooked just right and tender. We enjoyed traveling back in time but with all the modern addons it was a highlight of our trip."

"Disappointed with our stay and won’t stay again. Room felt grubby & shabby. Basic cleaning hadn’t be done -sticky drink rings on bedside cabinet, poorly vacuumed floor, dirty cushions & grubby bathroom. Check in staff not friendly or welcoming.Requested king bed but got two single beds.No remote for Tv had to request one."

"Received an upgrade from an Executive Studio to a 2 bedroom apartment with Mountain views. Much appreciated! It’s a fairly new building so everything is in great working order. It’s close to restaurants, shops and only a 20min walk to the airport. There are dedicated parking spaces in front of the building but be early to grab one of these. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Booked in late, wasn't a problem, was greeted warmly, room was clean & the shower had amazing pressure! BUT, the location means there's a LOT of trucks and noise even before 6.30am, so if you want a sleep-in, maybe look elsewhere. "

"The room was well-presented—clean, warm, and very quiet, making for a comfortable stay. There was ample parking available, which was a great convenience. The location is also ideal, with an easy and pleasant walk into town. I would definitely stay here again."
