"The place is a rental property rather than a hotel. The host Carla was very friendly and responsive. The view was amazing. However, the property could use some serious work. "Clean room and steps from the pool. The air conditioner is ice cold and the bed very comfy. We also liked the spacious shower. Pops ice cream is to die for and we enjoyed the short walk to mantas beach where we saw many monkeys with their babies, a sloth and her baby too along with the resident macaws! The pool is clean huge and very welcoming!! We liked the iguanas sunning beside the pool too. We would stay again, very private and abundant wildlife too"

    "The birding on the property was great, especially walking the road away from the highway (Scarlet Macaws and Howler Monkeys when we arrived!). The tower provided wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. Abram was a great host who prepared delicious meals for breakfast and dinner. I found the mattresses to be a bit too firm, but our kids slept like rocks. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues, like a bathroom door that didn't fully close. But all in all I would stay there again happily!"
