「The gentleman who was at the front desk walked out to the road. He asked for my be name and then took us to the gate and let us in. It's Costa Rica. We were WAY later than last call for check in. He took care of us. Nice little hotel. 」

The first room they gave us the shower was broken spraying water all over the room. The second room the shower was a little better but still had issues. When going to bed it was and you could hear others talking outside our room. The WiFi was not working for us and it was jist brushed off. They did not seem to care just saying they would look into it but never got back to...
