「While public parking is the only option, bell hop service was excellent. Hotel is so conveniently located only 100 yards from the marina and with dozens of stores and restaurants within a two minute walk. Very clean rooms, highly attentive staff and excellent breakfast. Highly recommend.」

「I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.」

「The entire hotel was spotless and well equiped for any of our needs. The staff were spectacular! The bartender made us drinks upon our arrival and throughout our stay and no matter what we asked for she made well! The staff were accomodating and professional without being pushy or too busy to answer any of our questions. The best part was also the view. Our room had the most perfect views of the Ligurian sea. We could not have asked for a better hotel for our stay in Camogli!!」

「Just more than perfect, the hotel not 4 stars u would say 7 stars, new, modern, very peaceful and customer oriented. Everything was customer oriented. Parking, room, service is outstanding, everyone English speaking, staff working 24/7. Really enjoyed every day, breakfast, dinner pool time. Highly recommend.
