「Room was and shower were in a little ruff shape but for the price you get what you pay for so work as a overnight stay rest and shower.」

「No hangers, no place to hang anything, lamp without a shade, several outlets didn’t work, carpet disgusting, mold in the shower, broken door lock, and refrigerator froze my food.」

「New Bern is a hidden gem! Incredible history, architecture, gardens, shopping, dining, etc. Try Persimmon's restaurant on the water. The brand new staff at Tryon Riverfront weren't helpful at problem solving room issues. Food fantastic (especially gluten free sweet potato pancakes) but expect to wait awhile.」

「As soon as i got checked in i knew this was going to be one of those hotels that you regret booking. When using the restroom two bugs came crawling out from behind the door. After using the bathroom i go to wash my hands and noticed a wet wash cloth just siting on the vanity. The trash has been taken out and had new bags installed. The shower seemed to be clean. 「We were in town for an event and only had a one night stay. Everything about the Inn was a delight. We were made to feel at home by the staff from the first moment as Tracy gave us a tour of the amenities and showed us to our room. The homemade ginger cookies in the break area were yummy. Breakfast was delicious, beautifully presented and the fresh biscotti were a delight. Our room was comfortable and the little touches like a fresh bottle of water were notable. 「This was our second stay at this hotel and it was wonderful. It is not easy traveling with an 80lb. dog and they make you feel so welcome. The staff is super friendly, they provide a welcome bag for you and for your fur baby. The rooms are always clean, we can leave our dog in the room unattended {HUGE plus}, and the grounds are great for dog walking. The breakfast is always good too. 「Location was beautiful, beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked great, and appreciated the black out curtains. Our daughter loved the balcony and view of the water. Water pressure in the shower was very nice and towels were super soft. Breakfast from the Bistro was expensive but delicious!!」
