「The rooms were great however washer took money didnt work...if you want to go to beach they are cheaper hotels on down at the beach..overall though this hotel was excellent」

But for the price we paid, it was better than expected. We also really only needed a place to shower and sleep the rest of the time we were on the beach or at the park across the street. 「Great facility, great Italian restaurant 2 doors down. Lots of history on display in the B&B. Breakfasts ranged from good to great, all fresh-made on site. Coffee and soft drinks gratis on first floor.」

「Not a great experience- we will not return. Location of property not where we expected- would select a room located in town with walking distance to shops and sites next time. Access to property difficult. Climate control of overall property hallways and room had a damp feel in the air. King bed was lumpy. Toilet ran extremely slowly after a flush and was basically non-functioning - ick. Use of first floor public restroom as a back up was equally disappointing as that area was filthy - no one...

「This hotel and it's staff were very helpful to my wife and I during a very difficult time. Booked this hotel during my mother's funeral and they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. 3 days straight our flights back to Rhode Island was canceled due to lack of an itinerary and all 3 times they accommodated our stay on a moments notice. Not only did we have to rebook the room, we had to rebook our rental as well. We became so well known to staff that it felt as though we knew them...
