Only downside is the elevators are super slow. I also would have liked to go to the roof top to enjoy the view without going to brunch on a Sunday. My kid was not of drinking age and not allowed up. The property is in a great location. Far enough from the chaos but close enough to walk to it. Very nice staff. Rooms could have better lighting

The staff is very friendly & amazing. Our room was nice & clean. The water pressure could use some work, but I believe they’re working on that issue. It was a great location, the deli & bar next door were very handy. Super walkable to the subway, Times Square & all the broadway shows. I’d stay here again.
