Very nice hotel

Very convenient for the train and bus station, and for the shops and town centre. Very clean and very friendly and helpful staff. It is on a main road, but with the windows closed there is very little noise from the traffic or railway. The complimentary ice cream was a very nice gesture, and very welcome in the heat

Schönes, verkehrsgünstig gelegenes Hotel

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig, ca. 50 Meter vom Beginn der schönen Fußgängerzone entfernt. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und offensichtlich frisch renoviert. Einziger Nachteil: das Zimmer lag im zweiten Stock zur Straße hin und war bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch das Frühstück ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. Zum Abschluss gab es als nettes Gimmick noch für jeden ein Tetrapack Mineralwasser für die Heimreise. Ein ideales Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt zum Erkunden der Stadt Leer. Von vielen Gästen wurde es auch als Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren in die Umgebung genutzt. Beim

Ich wurde vom Hotel umgebucht und habe keine Mitteilung erhalten. Hätte ich nich zufällig eine Mitarbeiterin auf dem Parkplatz angetroffen, hätte ich vor verschlossenen Türen gestanden.

Günstig gelegen zwischen Bahnhof und Fußgängerzone. Gutes Zimmer, freundlicher Service. Würde gern wieder kommen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: im Frühstückssaal war man personell unterbesetzt; weder konnte mir ein Tisch freigeräumt werden vom schmutzigen Geschirr der Vorgänger, noch bekam ich einen Kaffee hingestellt.

Wir sind 2 Stunden spaeter als geplant angekommen, wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Unser Zimmer war bereit, es war sauber und es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Das Fruehstueck war angemessen und die Corona Regeln wurden eingehalten, auch wenn wir, die komischen Gesichtsvisiere, die das Servicepersonal tragen musste nicht so wirklich als angemessenen Schutz sehen. Das ganze Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich was wir in dieser anstrengenden Zeit als sehr toll fanden. Hervorragend war auch der Herr der in der Bar seinen Dienst tat. Immer auskunftsbereit und mit einem freundlichen |Laecheln, respekt ! Das Hotel hat ein klitzekleines Manko, es hat keine Klimaanlagen in den Zimmer, aber es wurde uns von dem netten Herrn sofort ein Ventilator zur Verfuegung gestellt, der bei den 34 C am 1.8. 2020 eine echte Wohltat war und unseren Schlaf sehr geholfen hat. Ich moechte auch hinzufuegen, das wir zu zweit reisten und mein Mann (60) und ich (57) beide schwerbehindert sind mit orthopaedischen Einschraenkungen. Wir wuerden jederzeit wieder im Frisia einchecken und koennen das Hotel nur empfehlen. Guter Preis, Gute Lage man kann direkt gegenueber im Parkhaus parken und nur ein paar Schritte weiter ist die Fussgaengerzone mit Restaurants und Geschaeften. Wir sind von dort nach Nordeich an den Ostseestrand gefahren und waren in ca 45 Minuten dort. Alles in allen ein wunderbarer Kurzurlaub. Vom 31.7. bis 02.08.2020.

Super liebes Personal. Zimmer sauber und das Badezimmer sowie die Duschen ebenfalls. Bett war uns etwas zu weich(stellt nicht für jeden Gast ein Problem da) und wenn das Zimmer vorne raus ist, teilweise durch Menschen die vom Bahnhof kommen, etwas zu laut. Aber da kann ja das Hotel und sein Personal nichts für.

Wegens de corona lockdown werd ik ondergebracht in hotel hafenspeicher, dit is een zuster hotel van hotel frisia. Zeer net en mooi hotel. De service was top en zeer vriendelijke gastvrouwen/ gastheren, die ondanks alle geldende maatregelen het verblijf top maakten
