「From the moment we arrived at The Vale Hotel, we were made to feel completely at home by the wonderful young owners. Their warmth and genuine hospitality set the tone for a perfect stay. Our room was absolutely gorgeous—beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Every facility was impeccable, clearly cared for with pride and attention to detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we will definitely be returning. A truly fantastic stay from start to finish!」

「Our room was very comfortable. We stayed with friends (6 other couples). We all had a great time and were well looked after. The bar staff (I think one was named Oliver, or Olly) who stayed back late to prepare our drinks for new years were great, helpful and in good spirit. We used the facilities (swimming and gym): all very adequate (the pool is not deep, but a good length. Food was fine, but importantly service was good. 」

「We were very surprised to find a small and beautiful town named Lechlade nearby. And it is 45 hours' drive to Cotswold which was quite acceptable. However the room was not tidy enough but still in the acceptable range.」

「Located in a small village and overlooking the scenic Cotswolds, this small hotel has plenty to offer in fine dining. A car is a must, however there are pleasant and short drives to nearby walkable towns. 」
