Location is superb if desiring to stay in Burton in the water. Beautiful, quaint town. Only complaint was lack of cooling. Luckily able to cool off at night with windows open. "One night stay in the middle of a motorhome journey, weather was too hot and needed a break from the heat. Looked on the Hotels.com site for hotel with a pool and air con bedroom. Searched hotels nearby, select and booked this one. Arrived at hotel reception a hour after booking. The reception staff were very helpful, quick book in and allocated room. Room was perfect, curtains drawn, air con on, blissful. Pool was the next visit, again perfect, hardly anyone in the pool, sauna and steam rooms fully operational. Got a great nights sleep, big queen bed, stacks of pillows and the air con on all night. Breakfast was included, so had a nice breakfast then another swim before setting off again in the motorhome, recharged for another few days in the heat."
