Inside the apartment was clean and bright with stunning sea views from both the living area and bedroom windows. "Good hotel with free parking and free Wifi. Our room was spacious and clean with a good shower. It is in an excellent location with a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 2/3 minute walk to the shops. Breakfast is a help yourself apart from the toast which is bought out to your table, a friend of ours said enjoy the vegan breakfast but the Hotel has changed hands since they had been and it was'nt available apart from a vegan sausage. Also not much on the evening menu for a vegan either. But it has'nt stopped us from re booking as we can eat elsewhere."

"The room was lovely and spacious, the staff were amazing, the service in the dining room was excellent. Parking is limited but we were lucky all 3 days. Loved the hotel. The shower needs some edging to catch the water from spreading over the floor (drainage worked fine) We were at the hotel for 3 nights and loved every minute. Thank you"

"We were surprised to find that guests have to pay an additional fee for parking. The building is quite old, so the ventilation wasn’t great and the room felt quite stuffy. Even though it was already the end of August, the room still felt quite warm and poorly ventilated. At night, there was also quite a lot of noise coming from the hotel kitchen downstairs, which was quite disturbing. Apart from these points, the staff were all very nice and friendly."

"We enjoyed our stay at this attractive historic hotel. Close to the pretty village of Betws-y-Coed and about 20 minutes from the zip wire attraction with lots of options for walkers and hikers. We thought it was a little overpriced; our room was fine though not very large and the view from the small window was of a wall. All meals are served in the pub and a range of pub type meals was available. The hot breakfasts were good but the continental options were limited. Lots of parking and plenty of covered tables outside for fine days."
