「Everything was great except the very disappointing breakfast. Very few options, and their fridge and juice machine were not working. The little bowls with ice containing yogurts and only 2 milks were not adequate to keep things cold.」

「Clean room for the most part, a few bugs. Hot shower, bed was average, pillows need to be replaced. The tv never did work, and the lighting was dim. The price to lay your head down was reasonable.」

「I thought the room was nice. The shade in our room was broke so therefore were unable to close that. We had a suite but had no chairs to sit on. Was hard to just sit and relax, disappointed in that for sure, especially for what you pay.」

「At check in we saw bugs on the night stand I informed the desk clerk and he said they didn’t have anymore queen rooms. But would put in the notes for the manager to communicate with me. At checkout I asked to speak to someone that could help me they said no one there could but the manager should call me Monday. Everyone in the room has bite marks. Will be posting videos」

「Upon entering both rooms that were booked we turned around and demanded a refund. Room was dirty, there was a hole where the peep hole was supposed to be, dirty bed and bedding. Pillows and mattresses were stained and completely flat. Not to mention the yellow hand print on the bathroom wall. Another guest advised us to leave before we even got to the rooms. I still have yet to get my refund. This place should be closed down. 」

「I generally appreciate this property, having returned there a couple times. It is mostly up to snuff in terms of quality of maintenance. However, this time I was not the only one to notice that the hvac has a wide temperature range: it got too hot before it got too cold. My other complaints are minor: the bath tub bottom hadn't been scrubbed in a long time and was a bit scuzzy; the hair conditioner bottle hadn't been filled; and the toilet seat is too small for my large to average body size....

「The bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly, however I wonder if they were understaffed. Trash in common areas wasn't emptied in a timely manner. The fitness area was meager and not well maintained. The pool was very much enjoyed by others' children, so that was nice for them. The breakfast was very carb heavy, and wouldn't work for a diabetic or someone who prefers protein for breakfast, i.e - no eggs or sausage or the like.
