「We were not informed that there was no elevator prior to booking our room and did not find out until check in.
In-room coffee maker would have been nice, but there was coffee downstairs in the lobby when we needed it in the morning.
Trash blown around on the side and back of the hotel.
Staff very friendly and accommodating.」
