「It was one of the best stays I ever had would come back」

「Weird stains on the floors, what looks like mold in corners of the room and beds that are broken (made a loud popping sound when you sit down and springs in our backs all night). Two types of cereal and some yogurts or plain bread for toast is pretty thin for a "breakfast".」

「Very good and affordable place to stay. Offers a nice selection at breakfast, great biscuits and gravy! Pool and hot-tub were good. Very Clean and the Staff were very polite!」

「Toilet wouldn’t stop running all night. Kept randomly flushing. Got clogged each time it was used. Room smelled weird. Like someone had smoked in it and it was poorly cleaned afterwards. Front staff made it clear at check-in, “We are full tonight but if you must call me tonight, I will do what I can!” Not a good look. Thoroughly unimpressed. Won’t return. Would advise others to avoid this place.」

「Easy check in; the room was lovely-clean, modern, comfy bed and pillows and as quiet as you could hope for. Lots of parking, close to shopping. Breakfast was awesome; ice cold ac which was much appreciated given my room was on the sunny side of the building and the weather in Lincoln HOT-really HOT!! Only glaring NEGATIVE was the bed sheets -they had pilling allover-such an annoying problem for a relatively expensive room rate.... Sleep in-you can and should be better than this!- spend some...

「I liked that it was cheap and the staff was very helpful and nice. I did not like that my sink would not drain and my bathroom fan did not work. My bathroom also constantly put out heat and humidity so the ac never stopped running and needed to run to even keep it tolerable.」

「DO NOT STAY HERE! They have random people hanging out outside the hotel people walking in and out without shirts on. It stinks. Mold on the blankets. It’s just a sketchy place. If I could give it zero stars I would.」

「At check-in and checkout the staff was great. Our room was dirty. There was trash under the bed and in the desk drawer. The microwave was filthy. There were handprints on the mirrors, windows, and walls. I don’t know what was all over the tv screen and fridge but the place clearly wasn’t cleaned. There was toothpaste on the bathroom counter and the shower wasn’t clean. I had to ask the assistant manager (who wasn’t great at all!) at 11:30pm for a bottle of cleaner and a rag. He barely said five...
