「Very nice place, kitchen had all that I needed for cooking and working from my room.」

「11am check out would be great」

「I booked Firehouse Lofts specifically because the listing advertised a hot tub, which was a major factor in my decision. Unfortunately, my original unit did not have one. Several hours later, I was moved to a different unit that was also supposed to have a hot tub, but that unit did not have one either. Additionally, the second unit did not have the large soaking tub that was available in my original unit. The back-and-forth process of packing, unpacking, and moving between units took up a...

「The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. As I communicated the issue with the management company via text, I couldn't tell if I was...

「It was a lovely old home that has been beautifully redone on the inside.」

「We visited Cincinnati for the weekend and this apartment was in a perfect location! It’s just over the bridge in Covington and it’s walking distance to cute shops and plenty of great restaurants and bars. I highly recommend making reservations at Mamas on Main! The apartment was very clean and decorated so cute. If we’re back in town, we’d love to stay here again! The only issue we ran into was there were 4 women and the only mirror was in the bathroom so that definitely made getting ready a...

「Nice and comfortable and would recommend long-term」
