「Galle Face Hotel很好地保留了英国殖民时期的风韵，略显历史的“陈旧”感。 床很舒服，但美中不足的是沙发，沙发显然有些廉价，居然能看到座垫下的板条，哪怕是一张折叠沙发床也不应该。不过，这并不影响使用。 早餐没有评论中写的那样丰富，或许是因为之前入住的度假村要比Galle Face Hotel更高档的缘故。 泳池不大，但是躺在泳池边听着海浪看夕阳一定很不错。 全天在二楼LONG ROOM提供免费的茶点，很贴心。正好打发下午退房到去机场的几个小时时间。 二楼另一侧有展厅，有很多历史名人，尤其是英国上流社会的名人和各时期的首相，都曾下榻该酒店，给酒店做了很好的背书。展厅还展出了爱丁堡公爵，英国女王的丈夫，年轻时买的第一辆轿车。」
