The main annoying aspect was the lifts - the building has too many floors to be serviced by 4 lifts. It was quite difficult at times to get up and down. "The staff were excellent and super helpful/attentive. They help carry your stuff to your room when you first get in, and will always ensure that you have everything you need during your stay. The room was generally clean, but because of the humidity, it can sometimes smell damp if the AC hasn’t been on for a while. Also, beware in my room and my friend’s room, there was some mould on the shower grout (it’s all tiled). Additionally, (mine was fine) but my friend’s mini fridge in her room was not working. We were only staying one night so we did not mention it and just got her to put her stuff in my fridge, but that’s all to say that the amenities can be a bit hit or miss in that sense. I didn’t use the pool or gym though, so can’t speak for those specific amenities. The vibe of the place in general was slightly dingy but it was a good place to stay for our short stay. The location is convenient and you have a cargills nearby if you need to buy snacks/water/etc. I also slept really well because they have blackout curtains and it was very quiet (my room was on 4th floor)."

"We checked-in to suite at Cinnamon life City of Dreams for two nights on our vacation. Cleanliness in the suite was excellent and the bed was very comfortable and a very quite atmosphere. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide spead. The pool was very clean and the pool staff was great. The Butler Service assigned for our suite was excellent too."
