「Beds were very comfortable, facilities were clean and the room was spotless. It was nice having a kitchen to save a few bucks on eating out. Overall it was a great stay and would have no problem staying here again if our travels take us thru the area.」

「This was a Great property to stay at. The Hosts live on-site and they were absolutely lovely! The Cabin was nice and clean, equipped with everything from shampoo to laundry soap! There is a W/D in the unit, microwave, stove, pots pans, coffee l, creamer and sugar along with a coffee pot! Right by the river, fire pit, patio table, and walking path! I will definitely stay here again!! It’s about an hour away from The Great Sand Dunes and the Alligator farm, but the drive is nice!」

「Great spot for a one night stay while driving through town. Convenient location. Nice grounds around the property. Staff was super friendly. Really liked the restaurant on the property. I would certainly stay here again next time around. 」

「The motel is located in a great spot in the town. I really enjoyed the small town feel that it has. It has a huge bonus located just next door and that was Kip’s Grill which had some amazing tacos and cheese dip. The check in is super simple and although staff is not on property, they do make sure to establish contact with you if you need them. I will definitely be back for another stay. 」

「Our family loved everything about this property. The only thing we didn't like was that we didn't stay longer! We stayed in the lodge and it was clean and well though out. Our family of 5 were very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Go outside and look at the stars! 」

「As others have said, immaculate well-cared for property in walking distance to downtown attractions. Staff very helpful and friendly. Cons: cold-food only breakfast (except for waffles), that was the same every day. Seating was very tight at times during breakfast. Small in-room refrigerator did not have freezer section. TV was streaming only, and was connected via Wifi, causing it to studder often during programming.」
