「The floors were very dirty and had grit on them. They had not been swept or mopped. We both about fell in bathtub because of no safety non slip finish on bottom and no handles to get in or out. No ice machine on premises. Lots of people hanging outside after dark making noise. You could see daylight coming in thru door edges.」

「I honestly wouldn’t know because they couldn’t even find my reservation. Then when he did find my reservation, he told me he had no rooms that he would refund me the money. Instead of refunding me the money he ended up charging me again so after I got to where I was finally staying, I had to call them. It took me kind of getting rough for him to be able to refund both transactions.」

「The lobby looks newish, but everything else is very old. Things are peeling and cracked and missing knobs, attachments, shampoo bottles should’ve been attached to the wall, but it had fallen off and still hit the attachments on them and were in the tub. It was fine, but I’ll be trying somewhere else next time.」
