"Not good service "

"Very noisy……room was near mechanical room and exterior door. Non stop noise from doors slamming. First floor and the noise from room above was also disappointing. Thin walls, ceilings, and doors. The breakfast was good and staff were great. "

"The check in procedure was really bad and poorly communicated. After driving around the complex trying to find a check in desk i called the number on the door. Come to find out they dont have one and you at a condo complex. they then had to send me a link so i could pay an extra 35 dollars i will probably never see again. Then call them back so yhe could then send me instruction on how to get to the renal unit. I then had to what building the unit was in. Over all i would not recommend."

"The room was clean, staff were friendly, and parking was well lit. We had an issue with out toilet, but the staff was quick with a response and solution. No other issues during our stay. We were also able to use the EV charger with ease."
