"Quiet and nice hotel. Good value for room and location. Pull out couch was really hard to maneuver (glad my husband was here to help with that)!. Limited dining/coffee options on site - have to drive into town. "

"The rooms were nothing special, but they weren't bad. The property is about 15 mins from Cranbrook, but it was easy to drive in and we had no problem getting cabs to and from town. We used the hottub and steamroom which were great. We also dined at the hotel restaurant which was incredible! We checked out the casino as well. Will hopefully be back to check out the golf course as well. Our favourite spot in town was Encore brewing, so fun and not too busy."

"Rooms are spacious with a nice little sitting area. Property is extremely well kept and the staff very courteous. The breakfast offering is typical hotel buffet, eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage or ham. Do it yourself toaster and waffle maker, usual stuff. There is a Boston Pizza attached but unaffiliated to the hotel. We don’t eat there."

"Staff were excellent. The hotel was very noisy at night. We were on the first floor. Families with kids on the second floor jumping on the floor above. Horrible. We did complain and our room was changed. It didn’t make any difference, still noisy. Even after the quiet hours we’re supposed to be in affect (10:00pmnto 7:00am). I won’t likely rebook with the hotel"

"Big, beautiful foyer with inviting fireplace. super friendly staff. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. TV had excellent picture. Room is dated - paint peeling i bathroom. Bring ear plugs unless you like traffic noise if you get a street facing room. Breakfast was decent though eggs were blah. Good selection of eats."

"Professional. Very happy. Flexible. The area around the property is industrial and on a highway. Lots of places to eat and things to buy. But that is not the hotel issue. They are good. I would come back again. I recommend people coming here if you are passing through Cranbrook."
