"Stayed here for a friends joint 50th and 60th birthday party.
Everything was amazing. Staff, breakfast and our room in the annexe.
Couldnt fault anything.

"From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a friendly member of staff. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom had a wet room lovely bath and even a TV built in.
In the bar area the bar staff were very attentive and cheerful, such a pleasure, and there was a lovely lounge style area in which you could enjoy your drink and chat. Later we went through to the dinning area that has a lovely feeling to it. The waitress was very attentive and so polite, talking time to chat to us. The food arrived quickly and was wonderful, well presented and fresh, just the right size of portions. The breakfast the following day didn't disappoint either, great choice and very fresh. Great way to start the day. We are looking forward to returning soon and would highly recommend a stay there to anyone. All the staff and management were a credit to the pub/hotel. 10/10"

Its cheap & its cheap for a reason.
Its not Travelodge style accommodation, but (I suspect) cheaply built and maintained block of approx 15 holiday camp type rooms in a working farm yard.
I stayed in room 12 that had been recently painted & had a new carpet.
Lovely hot shower, comfortable bed, working kettle.
No towels supplied but i expected this from other reviews.
& no breakfast despite plenty of signs saying B&B.
I feel its sensibly priced for the room.
