「While the studio apartment was clean, nicely styled, and well-maintained inside, our overall experience was very disappointing. The most glaring issue is the size, the listing photos are completely misleading and make the space look much larger than it actually is. The room is exceptionally cramped and definitely not suitable for a family of four. 「The finishing of this apartment is above average. The owner maintains it at top condition. The cooking wok and pot are a bit worn out and should be replaced. Other than that everything good.」

The temperature was set at 19C and it was not accessible to change (no remote or thermostat that was indicated in the notes provided prior to check in). 「Checkin was very smooth and had easy to follow instructions. The unit was clean and perfect for what I needed. The entrance was right at the bottom of one of the ski hills which in the winter would be very convenient. The bed was super comfortable, but it was high off the ground. I’m 5’8” and still had to do a little hop to get onto the bed. So it wouldn’t be great for those with mobility issues. Be prepared to bring your a step if it is a problem.」

It was nice that the Owners reached out to me by text, to check to ensure our stay and check-out was perfect! We will definitely be booking these accommodations again.」

「Our apartment was nicely updated and clean except for the duvet cover that wasn't cleaned before our stay. You could tell because there was a blood stain on it. The mattress needs to be changed as it was very uncomfortable. There was supposed to be a sofa bed but was more of a day bed with a child size pull out bed under the couch so was falsely advertised. Very close to blue mountain so that was nice. 」
