"I never got the chance to experience staying at your hotel. Enroute, I was in a major car accident that resulted in being taken by ambulance to a local hospital ER and I had to remain in that area for several days to recuperate. No, I never stepped foot in your hotel, but I respond with 'terrible' because although I reached out by phone from my ER bed, to let those on site at your hotel know that I was severely injured and unable to be there. I requested a refund. It was swiftly denied. I then reached out again and was told it was under review. I emailed photos of my totaled vehicle and pictures of my injuries. I was again denied a refund. This experience and lack of compassion and empathy cause me to share that I will never ever again choose to stay at any Quality Inn, anywhere. Not only am I shocked at this resonse, but I'm massively disappointed."

"The hotel was a good location for our stay. The rooms were clean and quiet and the bed comfortable. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired. I did have issues getting a charge on my car from the units provided."
