"I had an amazing stay at Mantra MacArthur Canberra and honestly one of the best hotels I’ve experienced at this price range. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and professional. The room was modern, clean, and very well maintained, with a comfortable bed and great overall layout. It really felt like a high-quality stay without the premium price tag. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, making it perfect whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. The facilities are well looked after, and everything just works the way you’d expect from a top-tier hotel. Overall, this is easily one of the best stays I’ve had compared to other hotels at a similar level. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Canberra. "

"I tried to book an extra night and due to hotels.com app and customer service to be at a very low level I could not do it, staff member was reluctant to hold room until hotels.com rebooted so I ended up driving home, sad that I could have booked 1 more night but staff member was only interested in me booking direct, "

"The room was ordinary. I felt stressed out in the room with weird room lighting. Though amenities in the toilet were ok. Furniture was outdated in the room along with antique TV. Not even feel like turn on even once. Only one lift which is old fashioned and narrow. Parking spots are too narrow although it is free. Breakfast menu is very limited and most of the Breakfast items were not refilled. Don’t recommend to pay for the breakfast. Also, I’ll not recommend for families or long stays. "
