"Area around the hotel is high traffic/congested area. It can be difficult to not drive past the access road. Once located, hotel is easily accessible to several good dining options at the mall within 5 minutes drive. "

"We really enjoyed the location, nearby a mall with lots of shopping and restaurant options. The only complaint I had about the stay was the smell. You can smell it as soon as you hit the lobby, but it’s worse when you get to your room. It smells almost like a basement, that someone is trying to cover with the smell of strong perfume. If you’re very sensitive to smells I would avoid, but otherwise the bed was very comfortable, and everything appeared clean. It could probably use a renovation to...

"Check in was easy and cookies were delicious. Right off the interstate so you can hear the traffic but otherwise a quiet stay. The mall is a short drive with good food options. Easy uber ride to downtown area. Would stay again. "

"During one evening, kids were playing hockey in the stairwell and making lots of noise. I was awakened around 8;30pm and I stepped outside my door when your front desk staff member Iris was walking quickly toward the noise and got the kids to break it up. She tol me “I got this”. She seemed un-flustered and in control. My son who was staying with me reported that he was kept awake until around 1:00am due to excessive partying and drinking and noise by a large group of adults in the dining area....
