"Parking was great, no problem there. The staff were nice and friendly. I reported an issue with spiders in my room and there were no accommodations or follow up. Staff reported there were no other rooms available at the time of my report."

"It was an ok stay. Definitely not somewhere I would stay for days but for a night, it was sufficient. Room itself was clean but the rest of the hotel did not look the best, especially the entrance and lobby. Just a heads up, they do not provide shower gel or shampoo so bring your own. The neighbors kept slamming the doors so be prepared for that to wake you up at night. This is no fault of the hotel but just stating my experience. This is also near the airport so the planes are quite loud. Overall, it was just ok. "

"We booked and paid for a suite that sleeps 8...three beds. We were given a suite with two beds and charged the same. We made multiple attempts to email the property about this issue but no one cared. Also, the pool was small and over crowded and the rooms could use some updating."
