「Our stay at Hotel Chimayo was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was exactly as the pictures showed, amenities were fantastic, parking in the garage was super convenient, and we felt as if our belongings were always safe. The property is in the heart of the downtown area, and there are plenty of restaurants and historical sites nearby.」

Our room had a bathroom that was disconnected (read the fine print) but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast in the morning was FANTASTIC!! 」

「We stayed here one night before I had to leave for Tennessee the next morning. The accommodations are fabulous, the staff is amazing and the hotel is very quiet. There is no elevator, so if you need accommodations without stairs you will need to ask for first floor. Breakfast was amazing, as was the bar service and snacks. Would definitely stay here again.」

「So well run. Grounds are amazing with so many edible plants used by the chef when preparing her delicious gourmet brunch. Highly recommend if looking for a complete experience in a boutique hotel combining excellent spacious rooms, each with pieces of the owners history, a wonderful gourmet brunch, beautiful grounds, and only 10 minutes from the Plaza. We will be back!」
