"The staff was extremely courteous and exceptionally helpful. I was initially placed on the first floor and the residents in the room above me has small children that kept jumping off the furniture and running around the room. After trying to sleep, I went to the front desk around 1am and asked if it was possible to move me to another room. The person at the front desk was quick to find a different room for me and I moved my things to the third floor. I appreciated his help and his willingness to help me."

"The room was spacious. Staff welcoming. W Everything was clean andvthey even allowed us to use a snow brush and broom. Someone broke the pool and hot tub while we were there thankfully we used it yhe first night"

"The hotel is nice. Rooms are large and clean. It's convenient for the Scranton area. Being dog friendly is a plus for us. There was an issue with hot water, but hotel staff worked out an agreeable solution for us. We will stay here again"
