「The room is very nice clean and quiet. It was suppose to be very good, the receptionist greeting you with big smile. The only thing that is not so good is the service after we left. My daughter left behind a soft toy, there is no email address I can find online to contact them. I used their web site to contact them but didn’t get the feedback for days. The. 「Air conditioning hot. Hallways bits of food on them. Rooms reasonably clean, however, water marks on the ceilings. Restaurant we could not get in for dinner, we ate from the bar, food was terrible. They refunded the food from the bar after we complained to the receptionist in the morning. In the morning we could not find any seat in the restaurant for breakfast which we had pre-paid. Asked the receptionist for a refund for the breakfast, she said "she would have to ask the manager. Five star...

「There isn’t a kitchen but we made overnight oats and left it in the fridge. A toaster is there. Its a nice setting, just dated. I would stay there again but if you want posh, its not the place. Staff were friendly and helpful. 」

「King room was spacious and the bed was comfy. bathroom was great with a little water escaping the shower door onto the floor in front of the loo, a little annoying but no biggy. Also no electric jug to boil water for a cup of tea, but I am sure we could have asked for one if we really wanted it. The staff were great and the food was awesome, Great pub with a friendly bunch of locals. Parking easy enough. If they had an internal stair case to the accomodation from inside the downstairs foyer...
