「I love this hotel for short business stays in Chester. Convenient location in a quiet area and lovely big rooms with a comfy bed. Will be my first choice next time Im back in Chester.」

「Great hotel. Had a nice upgrade. The room had a comfy bed and was very clean. There was an ac unit in the bedroom which helped cool the room down. The only thing was the shower pressure was very low and cut out a couple of times. 」

「Stayed in Chester for the weekend to watch our children take part in the marathon. Hotel is in a great location right next to a lovely park & near all the shops and sights. Bed was so comfy and the shower was amazing! They catered well for gluten free at breakfast although a gf sausage would have been nice (they are so readily available these days) The bacon etc was "help yourself" but people were using the same tongues to pick them out as the hash browns which weren't gf. 「I loved this hotel and felt very special. The only thing I would look to improve would be the bathrooms. Whilst I understand the need to keep the regency suite as a 60 year old I found it a little unsafe getting in and out of the bath to have a shower without a bath mat or firm footing beneath me. 」
