"Yes room spotless staff can not do anymore for you booked in on line for 2 people one dog but unfortunately the booking company didn't include my dog that we paid for but the staff were so lovely strait on it found us a dog friendly room its the 2nd time we have stayed there its lovely will go back again next Christmas 🎄 "

"Execellent place to go relax and take in the beautiful Cotwolds. This hotel is just perfect for a weekend break or longer. The rooms are modern, clean with all amenities you would expect from a top hotel. Breafast was amazing and the amazing staff prepared eggs for breakfast as we like. Its located so close to great day vists and if nothingbelse just in the hotel and enjoy the pool and spa and relax at the bar. We'll definitely be back soon..a great big.thank you everyone at the hotel for making our stay PERFECT ! "
