「The stay was fine, but I never got a response from the host prior to arrival and then when I arrive they didn't have me registered. I almost had to go to another hotel, but I got a friend to call the hosts phone number and they finally resolved the miscommunication. Very stressful」

「Great experience during a visit in Quito, place is clean and spacious and have all the basic amenities you'll need, great view of the city from the balcony, and all rooms, check in was available even arriving at 3 am, secure and plenty of food locations and transportation very easy to get, just a short drive or bus ride to quito centro. Host very responsive and helpful.」

「 Value for the price but dated. Could use a few fixes. Tub streams didn’t work. Cutlery was broken. No remote for tv. Took literally 20-30 minutes to figure out stove. Need to leave instructions on how to. Blender broken. One bathroom had a plumbing issue which I reported not fixed. But great area. Lots of restaurants around shopping malls Plenty of night life. Rooms very comfortable, spacious which is unusual for the area. Enjoyed it. 」
