The Bristol Parc Apartment was a great stay for our family, it was safe. Located in the La Carolina neighborhood of Quito there are lots of good restaurants in the area like El Español an Argentinian steak house and Somos 2 blocks away. Taxis and Ubers are plentiful because there is a new Hampton Inn across the street. A recommended

Don’t stay here

I didn’t stay. Had va a horrible time with finding the place. They gave me a hard time at the security guard service. No receptionist. Had me dragging suitcases to different places and no one could resolve it i finally gabe up and left.

First I would like to say that the property looks exactly as advertise it is located in an area where is close to shopping area and nice restaurants. The staff is very nice and helpful and the owner is very nice and attentive. I was a bit disappointed that the bedding was not clean however the owner took care of it quickly. The pool was nice; however it was a hustle to schedule a time. There is no free shuttle as advertised and that was a surprised when I was told I needed to pay. Overall is a nice place and the owner is great but there were too many inconsistencies with the advertisement of this place.
