"The stay was very pleasant in a quiet environment but the high technology, operating everything by the use of a small touchscreen, created problems for us in the night since we found it impossible to have on the air conditioner without the entrance and bathroom lights being illuminated. Additionally whilst the high speed WiFi worked well within the room it was not usable when sat on the balcony. The restaurant was rather soulless although the food was good. "

"Should have opened at 4pm. 30 degs out in the sun waiting until 4.30pm to check-in. Manage apologised but it was not a good start. Room had no bed lamps, toilet paper, TV or chair. Very basic. "

"Check in was slow with no communication about WIFI, breakfast or knowledge about train schedule. There was no Mediterranean restaurant or bar on site. No restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable, but had only a sheet and no comforter. You couldn't regulate the temperature in the room, no air or heat. We only received one towel. No fridge in room and no free coffee. Location is a 45 min. Metro ride into the city. Breakfast was descent for the price, but should have been included in cost of...
