「Not a b&b at all. Really far from everything and no view of castello ruffo despite what the images show. Trim around the room was falling off and the AC dripped onto the bed...」

「Our stay here was excellent, largely thanks to the manager, Monica, who seems to run the place single handedly. She was always on hand when needed, unfailingly charming, and volunteering helpful information without needing to be asked. Obviously someone who really loves her job! Our room was fairly simply furnished, but tastefully, as well as having the welcome addition of a balcony, with the alternative option of the large roof terrace where breakfast is served, but which is open for use the...

「everything was perfect!」

「We had an excellent stay at Al Castello! Paolo was a magnificent host, with excellent restaurant and entertainment recommendations. He greeted us each morning at breakfast with coffees and special treats, as we watched Mount Etna fuming in the distance. He also helped us park and load the car. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel itself was convenient for the sights. I would absolutely recommend a stay! Thanks for everything Paolo!」

「Tutto perfetto!!」

「Great location, great view. Will use again if ever staying in Messina again. Luigi e Isabela」

「This is a perfect property, even better than 5-star hotels. Imaging hardwood floor bedroom and marble floor/walls bathroom. Everything is so neat and high standard. They also clean every day. You cannot complain about anything!」

「This is not a hotel, but a back packer b and b. We were in a 40 ft container with three rooms and an eating area I chose this for the parking that is hard to come by in Reggio. The owner has her property propping up everywhere in Expedia for a 20 mile radius. BEWARE!!! Yes the view from the parking lot was nice, Ac good and clean. There are no restaurants anywhere on top. But the owner ordered delivered pizza. As a platinum member I was decieved. Expedia has to make it a B and B not a hotel」

「Very nice! And the communication amazing. Everything went well in my trip. Thanks!」
