「Decent hotel. Room is big, cleaning job can be improved. Buffet has lots of choices. 」

「Staff were helpful and welcoming. Room was as promised, although the decor needed a bit of maintainance considering it was sold as a deluxe room. Having the hot tub made all the difference, especially with unseasonably unsettled weather. We did have to complain once about being able to hear next door's TV quite loudly. They were asked to turn it down, but we don't know if it was the volume up loud or if the walls are just thin. The food was varied, unlimited and there was plenty of choice for...

「We arrived on a Wednesday and joined the weekly BBQ. It was excellent! The location is fantastic being close to the beach and restaurants. We were in a one bedroom which was clean and had everything we needed. Owner and staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay again. 」

Tatty hole when an integrated microwave used to be for example, dirty shelf base, needs a clean and replacing. The location and Lido is lovely but the property is not!」

「We are regulars there. and are back again in April. The hotel is huge, in a quiet, out of town location and can have 500-800 guests at a time. Lots of free parking. It is being refurbished from 6th floor down. Communal chairs and tables are mostly new. The Spa needs massive investment to re-open so don't rely on it being open soon. Food is OK and was slightly better than it was in November but they cant do miracles at the price points they offer. Fish dishes are good. They cater to guests from...

「La habitacion dejaba mucho que desear. Las puertas y paredes parecian de papel, se oia todo lo que pasaba en el pasillo y en habitaciones cercanas, lo cual hacia muy dificil el descanso. Dejaron solamente dos toallas (ni toalla de mano ni alfombra) y solamente un rollo de papel para 4 dias… Por parte del personal de recepcion habia siempre bastante desinteres, parecia que estaban en su casa con amigos y familiares haciendo sus cosas y con cero interes en los huéspedes. Desde luego no repetiria....
